Playstation network

I am back to my usual posts about playstation network. I finally got the replies back from playstation regarding some.... very unique e mails. So, with no further a due, here they are.

We apologize that you were not able to reset your PlayStation®Network account password. In order to assist you with resetting your password, we will need the following information:

- Current Sign-In ID (email address):
- Online ID:
- Your Serial Number:
- A valid email address not being used by any PSN account (if your Sign-In ID is not a valid email address)
- Your Telephone number

If your current Sign-In ID is not a valid email address, please provide us with a valid email address that we can use to update your Sign-In ID. Once we update your Sign-In ID, we will send you an email link to reset your password on your PC.

Once we are able to verify your account information, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password within 14 days.

To locate your serial number for your PlayStation®3 system, please look on the back of your console for a white barcode label. You will see your model number followed by your serial number. This usually starts with a “C”.

Once we update your Sign-In ID, we will send you an email link to reset your password on your PC.
